He is a basketball player in the jungle. He has many awards. Awesome talent. Who wouldn’t want to have this talent.
Let’s start then.
Welcome to the world of amigurumi amigurumiextra. This is a recipe worth knitting.
Let’s get started then…

Materials:
– Lightweight worsted weight yarn in white, blue, brown, Markovna red and black
– Yarn category Npdepld (thickness – 4 threads, knitting density; 14 loops x 2.54 cm) black
– Yarn category 5rogT (thickness – 3 threads, knitting density: 12 loops x 2.54cm) orange and white
Hooks for knitting 2.5mm and Zmm
Safety eyes (10mm) Yarn needle synthetic filling
-Plastic for insoles and scissors
Additionally
– Frame prod and flats
Shoes
Start knitting with white yarn.
Cast on a chain of five (5) chain stitches and knit around the chain, starting with the second loop from the hook:
1 row: Zsc, Zsc in the last loop; continue knitting on the second side of the chain: 2sc, increase (=10)
2nd row: inc, 2sc, (inc) 3 times, 3sc, (inc) 2 times (=16)
3 row; raise, 4sc, (raise) 4 times, 4sc, (raise) 3 times (=24)
From a plastic sheet, cut out two insoles of the desired size (a few millimeters smaller in diameter than a knitted white sole). Make two small holes in the center of the insole. Set the insoles aside.
Continue knitting with blue yarn.
4 row; 24sc for back loops
Place the plastic sole in the shoes. To fix the insole, use a sewing needle with white thread to sew it to the sole (photo 1). To do this, insert the needle from the inside of the boot into the hole in the insole. Tie a strong knot, hide the ends of the thread inside.
5 row: 7sc, (decave) 3 times, Sc (= 2!)
6 row: bsc, (decave) 3 times, 7sc, decave (= 17)
7 row: 5sc, (decave) 3 times, bsc (= 14)
8 row: 14sc for the front parts of the loops
Fasten off the last loop, cut the yarn, hide the end of the thread.
Sock
Knit with white yarn.
Turn over the top edge of the shoe and attach the white yarn in the center of the heel to the loop of the 8th row.
9-11 row: 14sc
12 row: 14hdc for the front parts of the loops
Fasten off the last loop, cut the yarn, hide the end of the thread.
Stuff your shoes tightly.
Thread the needle with white yarn of category 5rogT and embroider the laces (photo 2).
Legs (2 parts)
Knit with brown yarn.
Turn over the top edge of the sock and attach the brown yarn to the back of the loop of the 12th row 13-17 row: 14sc
Stuff the knitted part of the leg and continue stuffing as you knit.
18 row: (5sc, decave) 2 times (= 12)
19-22 row: 12sc
23 row: (2sc. decave) 3 times (= 9)
24-25 row: 9sc
26 row: (2sc, increase) 3 times (= 12)
27-34 row: 12sc
Fasten off the last loop, cut the yarn, hide the end of the thread.
Stuff your legs very tightly so that they can support the weight of your body and not bend over.
Body
Knit with brown yarn.
Connect both legs. Make sure they are positioned correctly. Now insert your hook through the center loop of the first leg and the center loop of the second leg and grab the working yarn (Figure 3). Finish the first connecting column. Make the second connecting column in the next loop. Continue knitting according to the scheme (photo 4).

19 row: 15hdc for the front parts of the loops
20 row: (1sc, decave) 5 times (= 10)
21-25 row: Yusc
Stuff the neck just enough to support the weight of the head.
26 row: (decavka) 5 times (= 5)
Fasten off, cut the yarn, leaving the long end of the thread. Using a tapestry needle, thread the yarn through the front of the remaining stitches and pull tight, completely covering the hole. Hide the end of the thread.
Hand (2 parts)
Start knitting with brown yarn.

Continue knitting with white yarn.
18 row: 9sc
19 row: 9sc for the back parts of the loops
20-24 row: 9sc
If you want to make movable arms, follow the instructions below.
If you prefer the arms to be fixed, fill them with fiber filler and immediately go to the 25th row.
Movable arm attachment
Cut the yarn, leaving a long enough end of the thread that you can knit another row and that would be enough for sewing. Do not fasten off; instead, insert a marker into the loop.
Now insert the wire and stuff your hand. Measure the length
25 row: (decave) 4 times, 1 sc(=5) Completely close the opening at the top of the first arm.
Insert the other end of the wire at the point where the arm will be attached (17th row of the body). Bring the wire through the body to the other side, to the point where the second arm will be attached (Pic 6). At the end of the wire, bend the loop and insert the wire into the other hand (photo 7). Lightly fill. Repeat the 25th row on the second hand (Pic 8) and completely close the hole at the top of the second hand.

14 row: (2sc, decave) 5 times (= 15)
Fasten off, cut the yarn, leaving the long end of the thread for sewing.
Do NOT fill your ears.
Assembly
• Place the nose on the muzzle, placing the top of the nose two rows below the base of the muzzle (Pic 13). Sew starting at the base of the nose. Using black yarn (Npdenpd), embroider a vertical line three loops long. Add a horizontal line four loops long to make the mouth.
Sew on the muzzle to the head, making sure that the center of the muzzle is on the border of white and brown.
Fold the ears in half, giving them a cup-shaped shape, and sew to the head at the level of the 5th-10th rows, shifting them a little closer to the back of the head.
Do eyeliner. Insert a needle with a brown thread into the opening of the neck and bring it out to the inner corner of the eye. Wrap the thread around the “stem” of the safe eye, insert the needle again into the inner corner of the eye and bring it out into the hole for the neck (photo 15). Do the same for the second eye. If you are satisfied with the result, pull the thread tightly, tie the ends into a strong knot, hide the ends of the thread inside the head part.
Thread the needle with black yarn (R1pdeppd, four threads) and embroider a triangular shape next to each of Phocaea’s eyes.
To make the head of your amigurumi movable, thread brown yarn into the needle, insert the needle into the center of the magic ring on the head and bring it out into the hole in the neck. Now stretch the needle through the neck between the 20th and 21st rows (photo 16), insert it into hole for the neck
head, bring to the magic ring. Secure the threads with a few strong knots. Hide the ends of the thread inside the head detail.
Basketball
Knit with orange yarn.
1 row: bsc in the amigurumi ring (-6)
2 row: (increase) 6 times (= 12)
3rd row: (1sc, increase) 6 times (=18)
4 row: (2sc, increase) 6 times (= 24)
5 row: (Зsc, increase) 6 times (= 30)
6 row: (4sc, increase) 6 times (= 36)
7 row: (bsc, increase) 6 times (= 42)
8-12 row: 42sc
13 row: (bsc, decave) 6 times (= 36)
13 row: (4sc, decave) 6 times (= 30)
13 row: (Zsc, decave) 6 times (= 24)
13 row: (2sc, decave) 6 times (= 18)
13 row: (1sc, decave) 6 times (= 12)
Fill up the ball.
13 row: (decavka) 6 times (= 6)
Completely close the remaining hole.
Thread black yarn (Npdeppd, four threads) into the needle and embroider lines on the ball. First, split the ball in half horizontally, then again vertically. You should have four equal parts. Now embroider two ovals on opposite sides as shown in photo 17
